University Housing Residents and Staff
Use this system to view available meeting spaces, view an events calendar, and reserve available space. Options include music practice rooms, floor lounges (in your building only), conference rooms, multipurpose rooms, display tables, community center spaces, and various other room types. Please sign in to reserve space.
Members of Registered Student Organizations
Before you request a University Housing space for your event or meeting, your activity must be co-sponsored by a University Housing student organization or a University Housing department; must be open to all University Housing residents; and must follow University of Illinois and Housing space resesrvation policies.
University of Illinois Faculty and Staff
Use this system to request available meeting and event space in University Housing facilities. Please note that academic classes, University Housing events, and resident requests receive priority. Please use the link on the left to Create a Request.
